Class description for oil painting
I offer classes for 4 or more students. I also do paint and sip parties, Email or text for more information.
We will focus on the basics of how to paint landscapes in studio.
The students will learn how to mix paint, create good compositions, the steps and stages of a painting, the basics of perceptive and how to see what we are looking at. In 2 hours of painting they will have a painting worth hanging on a wall.
Classes will focus on landscape painting, both in studio and plein air.
You will learn the fundamentals of mixing color and using the right color notes.
We will work on creating landscape composition, color and value and brush work to make a painting that is beautiful and compelling.
Class is $30.00 per class.

Contemplative Drawing
The art of freedom for the non-artist
In this workshop we will work with techniques of pen and ink drawing that naturally lead to a relaxed and contemplative state of being.
You will create pieces of art that are beautiful and inspiring. No previous art experience needed.
Supplies: 3 different black pens, a straight edge and or a square.
